UBS Consultants evolved from Exes Management Services Pte Ltd, a company of Accounting professionals as part of the restructuring exercise. Exes discovered UBS Accounting software in 1993 when the software is relatively unheard of in Singapore and operate in DOS system. Exes implemented the software in house and discovered that this Malaysian written software is user friendly, comprehensive and contains features comparable to software that cost ten times more. As such, Exes started distributing and implementing this software to existing clients.

In Mar 2000, UBS Consultants was formed to focus on distribution and implementation of UBS software, training, maintenance and support services to end user. In Aug 2002, UBS Consultants merged with a company of IT specialists; Entry Point Systems Pte Ltd to enhance it's position as a one stop solution provider to small and medium companies.

At UBS Consultants, we provide solutions. We have a team of professionals that range from IT specialists to certified accountant to:-

	•	Perform a preliminary assessment of the potential client's requirements and problems
	•	Propose a solution that meet potential clients needs as well as budget
	•	Provide comprehensive training according to users' technical competency
	•	Provide reliable maintenance support and services
	•	Develop utility software to further enhance the existing standard modules

At UBS Consultants, our people are united as a team to provide total solution to our clients.

To enable our team to provide an effective solutions, we have Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who has been doing advisory work for small and medium enterprise for the past 10 years and has more than 5 years of experience in implementation of Accounting and Stock Control Systems. We have IT specialist who has more than 10 years in database programming using DB2, Foxpro, visual basic as well as integration of hardware with software. They also are able to work with various operating systems like Windows 95, 98, NT, 2000 Professional, 2000 Server and Advance Server, XP (Home and Professional).

Our core maintenance and support team members are the "super-users" who had been using UBS software for more than 5 years. Every feature of the software is at the super-users' finger tip and they are therefore able to provide immediate assistant to end user.

With our combined experiences and combined skill sets, we are confident of meeting most if not all of client's needs.

Presently, UBS Consultants is one of leading UBS software dealer in Singapore serving small and medium companies in various industries. Our clients include trading companies in wholesale of fishes, vegetables, lighting, electronics components, tapes, shoes and fashion apparels, service companies like construction company, legal, accounting and audit firm as well as non profit organisation like churches. UBS Consultants is also authorised by UBS Corporation Berhad to conduct training of UBS software in Singapore.
